Prestige Dobbaspet is a 50-acre apartment township by Prestige Group. It is in Dobbaspet, on NH-48 in the Sompura Industrial Zone, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore. The project has 16 towers of G+16 to G+20 floors with approximately 3,800 homes. The pre-launch opened in August 2026. The formal launch is in February 2027. Karnataka RERA registration is pending. What Happens at the February 2027 Launch

Two things happen at the formal launch.

RERA registration is confirmed. The project goes live on rera.karnataka.gov.in. It shows the RERA number, tower plans, and the December 2031 possession date.
Booking opens formally. Pre-launch buyers get priority unit selection. Sale agreements are signed after RERA registration.

Building work on the 50-acre site begins after the February 2027 launch. The possession target is December 2031, a 58-month cycle from launch.

The 16 towers will go through these stages from February 2027 to December 2031.

About the Build Scale

Prestige Dobbaspet has 16 towers across 50 acres. Each tower is 2 to 3 basements plus ground plus 16 to 20 upper floors. The 3,800 homes across all towers are in 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK layouts. Structural work on 16 high-rise towers is a large undertaking. The 58-month build cycle from February 2027 to December 2031 is the planned delivery window.

The 17.5-acre central park and 2.5-acre clubhouse are built out in the later stages. They are ready before the December 2031 possession.

Open Space and Amenities

Prestige Dobbaspet dedicates 55% of the 50-acre site to open space. This includes a 17.5-acre central park with landscaped gardens, tree-lined paths, and outdoor fitness areas. The 2.5-acre multi-level clubhouse has pools, a gym, indoor sports courts, party halls, and co-working spaces. All 3,800 homes share equal access to the clubhouse and open zone.

How to Track Build Progress

After RERA is confirmed in February 2027, buyers can track progress on the Karnataka RERA portal. Go to rera.karnataka.gov.in and search the project RERA number.
